I am so glad you’re here! Hi, my name is Leigh Frazier. I am passionate about helping individuals find emotional clarity, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their true selves. As an Emotional Health Coach, I use the Integrative Processing Technique (IPT) to guide my clients through transformational inner work.
Throughout my life, I tried many modalities of therapy, but none quite helped me learn from or break free from traumas I had experienced. After one session of IPT, I knew this was the work I was meant to be a part of. I experienced healing on an emotional, physical, spiritual, and even cellular level!
Since earning my certification in 2017 from The Institute of Healing Arts of Utah, I’ve dedicated my practice to creating a safe, compassionate space where healing and self-discovery can thrive. My journey has shown me that when we explore the roots within us with curiosity and love, we grow strong and more aligned with our true selves. Emotional freedom resides within.

About IPT
What is IPT?
The Integrative Processing Technique is a structured, four-step approach that uses behavioral kinesiology (muscle testing) and the body’s natural wisdom to uncover unresolved emotional trauma. IPT works to identify the origins of emotional pain and offers tools to release these patterns. It is a way of looking at maladaptive belief systems and perceptions that have been developed in the subconscious as a result of experiencing stress or trauma. These negative beliefs create blocks holding us back here in the present.
This method blends a variety of practices, including guided imagery, inner child work, visualization, role-playing, and insights from psycho-neuro immunology. By addressing toxic emotions and limiting beliefs, IPT helps create shifts that improve emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.
